This summer I sold all of my Breyer horses. They were all in a brown paper bag. I think because I couldn't bear to look at them. There was the Black Stallion trio, the Black Beauty set, Misty and Stormy, Justin Morgan Had a Horse (don't remember the horses name), Man O' War, a black and white pinto mare and foal . . . the whole bag went for $20 bucks at our yard sale. This man bought them. I think he was happy to find them. He said he was buying them for his neice; she loved horses. I can understand that, neices are special people. I was happy that he was the one who bought them.
This one was out of the first set my mother bought me. She bought me one set every Christmas. I may not have been able to have a real pony, but my mother made sure I got a set of Breyer Horses every Christmas.
