365 Day Project - Day 280

So, I've had a couple of questions from readers about "Does she try to cover up?" when using the litter qwitter.  Yes, sort of.  She doesn't try using the water in the bowl.  You can see her here "scratching" at the back of the toilet.  Sometimes, she scratches at the toilet seat.
Fegie: Um. Do you mind?  I'm trying to concentrate in here.

365 Day Project - Day 279

Me: Fegie, this is a sign of true friendship. I was on the phone on hold with Continental Airlines and I wanted to get this book for the weekend.  The library was closing in less than 1/2 hour and there was no way I was getting off the phone in time to get to the library.  Audene stopped what she was doing to go get this book for me.  When she go there they were already flashing the lights and she braved the impending dark, in a strange library and came out with this book for me!

Fegie: It just shows how much she doesn't love you.
Me: You mean, how much she loves me.
Fegie: Do you call getting you something to read that intensifies your zombie nightmares love?
Me: You have a point.
Fegie: No, I have a tail.  There's a difference.
Me: I still think it was an act of true friendship.
Fegie: You hoomans and your . . . "friends"

365 Day Project - Day 277

Me: This is nice.
Fegie: What?
Me: The candle light.  The bokah.
Fegie: Are you calling me names?
Me: No, it's just that I was out of ideas of what picture to take today and I looked a the list of themes for this month.  This week is Romance.  So I decided to take a "romantic" shot.
Fegie: Uh, really?
Me: Don't you think candle light is romatic.
Fegie: Well, usually romance at least includes the same species . . . and I don't think those candles are all the same flavor.

365 Day Project - Day 276

Me: Aw.  Look at you.
Fegie: Yes?
Me: You look so cute.
Fegie: And?
Me: You just . . . you're so cute.
Fegie:  Don't you DARE pinch my cheeks. Not in the mood.

365 Day Project - Day 273

So, I park just around the corner to my apartment and on my way home I see a stalled Mini Cooper in the road.  There are at least three cops around it trying to figure out how to get it out of the intersection.  Who just leaves their broken down Mini Cooper in the middle of a city intersection?

365 Day Project - Day 271

A couple of days home after Texas trip. I'm driving to work early in the morning and the moon is shining big in the city.

365 Day Project - Day 268

Feather earrings made by my sister-in-law's (Lisa) sister Breila. Really cool!

We're picking up Lily. She looks so please with the Christmas-sale- dog toy that we bought her.

365 Day Project - Day 267

Look at who's happy I'm home!  She's even willing to unpack for me.  Look at the enthusiasm on that face!

365 Day Project - Day 266

Truck, truck, duck!

365 Day Project - Day 265

Baby leg-warmers. Soooo cute.

365 Day Project - Day 265

Though Gideon and I started out on the wrong, uh, foot, he seems to be happy to have me feed him.  So, notes to others meeting the Gideon for the fist time.  Evidently, he doesn't like his feet touched . . . especially by someone else's feet. Ahem. Trial and error.

365 Day Project - Day 264

Something is trying to eat Aunt Jobie alive! It's either the cutest David in the world or a monster.  It's hard to tell with a bag over his head.

365 Day Project - Day 263

After superman has been chased around the yard by Aunt Jobie for about 1/2 hour, he's pretty smug about his powers of evasion. He isn't aware, however, of the tickle-wrestling that is looming on his horizon.

365 Day Project - Day 259

Doug and Daniel's new cat, my friend Erol Flynn! His name is Erebus . . . or something.

365 Day Project - Day 258, pt. 2

Another, not so dramatic picture. Though, notice England in the clouds behind the trees . . . just saying.

365 Day Project - Day 258

Here are some . . . uh . . . vultures sunning themselves in the trees behind church. A little foreboding, anyone?

365 Day Project - Day 249

So, since I've been having trouble sleeping, a friend helpmed me make a noisemaker. It's a fountain. It helps to drown out the street noise . . . and upstairs noise . . . but not the sirens. :)

365 Day Project - Day 248

This is an interesting picture mostly because of the day I was having.  I almost got killed because of a limb falling in the street (in Baltimore City).  Then as I was kneeling praying in this church, the lights starting going out.  The janitor was locking up on me!
